System running smoothly and no out of round handicaps changes proposed.

JS sent apologies for his absence and the follow up from the last meeting is carried forward.
RL proposed the following 2016 fixtures, noting 3 points of feedback:
a) Should we play 27 or 18 holes?
b) Are there enough events in Aug and too many in June?
c) Include some Thursday events:

PLEASE can members submit outlines via G. McGuffie by 15 September, to be discussed at the AGM.
Spring Tour 2016. 3 options being considered:
a) A fully worked Lisbon tour has been proposed by Mr Latham - currently costed at £475 pp sharing, plus flights estimated at £130 return.
b) Possible Lytham St Annes and Blackpool venue tbc
c) Possible Le Touquet venues tbc.
Autumn Tour 2016. 2 options being considered – Cornwall or Somerset (both to include the Salver and Burn Butt).
Anniversary Tour 2017. 4 Options considered:
a) Las Vegas. Deemed to be too expensive, so no further work.
b) S. Africa. RL has worked up a March 2017 proposal (Thurs evening departure, arriving back the following Wednesday – currently costed at £495 pp sharing, plus flights ca £695, less WAGS subsidy of ca £200.ie total of £970 pp.
c) Tenerife tbc
d) Postpone the 2016 Lisbon tour to 2017.
4. Finance (CB)
Status for Yr to 17th September
5. Membership (RH)
Membership currently stands at 51 people. Note - membership is currently set at 50-55, with some flexibility as it is always uncertain if all existing members will sign up each year. RH to liaise with new member Keith Blake to confirm subs will not start until 2016.
6. Merchandise (RT as virtual attendee, with weak excuse of “wife’s birthday”)
For 2015 it was re confirmed that no new items to be procured and instead carry forward to the budget for future years.
A new WAGS surprise item of quality liveried clothing will be available early 2016.
The numbered hats for attending 50+, 100+ etc WAGs events will be continued.
